Virtual Work Connections is a Service Partner for a platform that contracts with Fortune 500 and other large companies to provide customer service and support to their clients. We connect individuals to remote customer service and support positions.
You will work under our Virtual Call Center as an Independent Contractor. We will help you onboard and make sure you receive your bi-weekly invoice for the hours you've worked.
The platform provides opportunities to service healthcare companies, cruise lines, roadside assistance providers and more. There are bilingual opportunities, also.
If no opportunities are available to you, don't panic. It means that based off your assessments or availability, you weren't a good match for the particular client. Check back regularly for opportunities and if interested, ACT QUICKLY!
No, you will need to provide your own equipment. Dual Monitors are recommended but not required for all opportunities. It will make accessing the different screens much easier. No experience necessary. Training will be provided. A customer service background over the phone or chat, preferred. You will need a quiet location, a computer/laptop, noise cancelling headphones, Wi-Fi (most require ethernet service). Most importantly, you will need a level of professionalism and a desire to succeed.
Earnings vary based on the client and hours worked. Most agents earn between $12-$17 per hour, with opportunities to increase pay based on performance.
The process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the job opportunity and training schedule.
